The MLP ProCard is a fully automatic centralized card personalization line that integrates UV inkjet and laser technology on one platform. Its modular configuration is built to the throughput a programme needs — 300, 450 or 600 cards an hour — and it issues secure eID cards with full-range colour printing on polycarbonate.

High-speed, high-resolution colour inkjet at 600 dpi as standard and up to 1200 dpi, cured by UV LED.
Front and Back Laser Engraving
256 grey-level fibre laser engraving on both sides, with MLI/CLI, tactile marks, micro text, barcodes and QR codes.
Multi-Encoding Station
High-speed contact and contactless chip encoding built into the line.
Advanced Card Handling
Card transport and printing engineered to hold the highest printing requirement across a long production run.
