eVisa System
From online application to secure border verification.
A complete national eVisa platform for application, payment, officer decision, digital issuance and secure border verification. Digitalization is inevitable; the real question is how to achieve it without a multi-year, high-risk IT transformation. The platform starts as a working national eVisa system on existing infrastructure, with integrations and automation added as requirements evolve — and government control retained throughout.
5 stages
Application to border, one platform
~8 weeks
Target deployment
ICAO VDS
Verified at the border
24/7
Availability
One platform for the entire eVisa lifecycle
Online Application
Individuals, travel agencies and companies apply, upload documents, pay and receive the eVisa entirely online, reducing reliance on in-person application processes.
OCR and MRZ Validation
Passport fields are read automatically from the data page. Check digits are verified, OCR and MRZ data are cross-checked and the expiry date is confirmed.
Face Matching and Liveness
The passport photo is compared with a live selfie, and liveness is confirmed before the application moves on.
Integrated Online Payment
Payment through third-party providers, supporting international card schemes — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay — and local payment methods where required.
Officer Review Workflow
Structured digital workflows carry every application from submission through review, decision and issuance. Officers approve, reject or request more information.
Signed eVisa
The eVisa is issued as a tamper-evident secure PDF. It is digitally signed, so any modification is revealed.
ICAO VDS Verification
An ICAO Visible Digital Seal lets the border confirm the authenticity of the document and the issuing authority.
Status and Revocation Checks
Current validity is checked against the eVisa system at every verification, and revoked visas are identified.
Immutable Audit Trail
Every action is logged with full case history, and records cannot be modified.
One flow from application to the border
The applicant side, the government side and the border are joined in one flow. Policy, data ownership and final visa decisions remain with the issuing authority: officers issue and revoke, with roles and permissions defined by the authority.

From the applicant’s first click
A web-based, payment-enabled portal. The applicant enters their details, uploads the passport data page and pays online; the application moves from draft to submitted once payment is complete.
How every application is checked
The final solution scope, configuration and integrations are defined according to the requirements of each government project.
